By creating an account or using HabitStack ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
HabitStack is a habit-tracking application that lets you create habits, record daily check-ins, view progress statistics, and (on the Premium plan) access additional features such as unlimited habits, insights, and data export.
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
The free plan includes up to 3 habits. The Premium plan is a monthly subscription billed at $9.90/month via our payment processor, Stripe. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice. You can cancel anytime; access to Premium features continues until the end of the current billing period. Payments already made are non-refundable except where required by law.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access other users' data, reverse-engineering the Service, automating requests in a way that degrades performance, or using the Service for unlawful purposes.
You retain ownership of the habit data you create. You grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the Service. You can export or permanently delete your data at any time from Settings.
HabitStack is a productivity tool, not a medical or therapeutic service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HabitStack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the Service and delete your data at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the operator's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
